North Florida Speedway in Lake City, FL: The Premier Racing Destination!

North Florida Speedway is a half-mile, high-banked oval dirt track in Lake City, Florida. The way was opened in 1965 and is owned and operated by Randy Thomas. North Florida Speedway hosts various racing events, including Late Model, Sportsman, Mod, Bomber, and Mini Stock. Information can be found here.

The track is situated on sixty acres of land and features a concrete wall Grandstand that can seat up to 5,000 spectators. Racing events at North Florida Speedway are typically held on Friday and Saturday nights. Gates open at 6:00 p.m., and racing begins at 8:00 p.m. Admission prices for racing events vary depending on the occasion. For example, admission for a Friday night Late Model race is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $5 for children ages 6-12. Saturday night events have a slightly higher admission price.
